At Assensir Store, we ensure that the product is free of manufacturing defects, and in case of a manufacturing defect in the product, you can return or exchange the product within 24 hours of receiving the order. We are pleased to exchange and refund products that do not meet the above conditions according to the terms listed below: the product must be unused and in its original condition. The product must be returned with the brand box "if available" and be intact and undamaged. Purchases paid with gift vouchers, Taba, Tamara, or credit cards cannot be refunded in cash. The return or exchange request must be made within two days of receiving the order. Assensir Store is not responsible for incorrect purchases made by you due to negligence or providing false/wrong information, which may lead to damages/losses. You have understood / acknowledged and accepted to release Assensir Store from responsibility. Electrical and electronic parts cannot be exchanged or returned. The maintenance package product does not cover malfunctions. The elevator repair service product is for one-time use; the store is not responsible for repeated malfunctions after 24 hours. To request a product exchange or refund, please send the details via the WhatsApp icon in the store, specifying the process "Exchange/Refund." Customer name and invoice number. When you wish to return: IBAN number + bank name + account holder's name. The refund period for the purchase amount may take up to 14 working days depending on policies and bank transfers. When you wish to exchange, the replacement item must be specified. If you want to exchange the product, shipping costs will be added to the exchanged product + the difference between the requested and the exchanged product. If you wish to return the order, the full shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. (The customer bears all shipping-related fees). Upon receiving your order, Assensir Store is not responsible for any loss or damage to the purchased goods. Any loss or damage the buyer may suffer due to this reason.
